We will refund or exchange any merchandise in resalable condition (e.g., damage-free, smoke-free) when accompanied by an emailed copy of the original receipt sent to info@lakeragsco.ca within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be processed using the original payment method.

If you encounter any issues with your order (e.g., damages, missing items, etc.), you have up to 48 hours from the date you received your order to contact us to resolve the issue.

If you choose to return an item via shipping, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with the shipping address for returns after receiving your email notification indicating your desire to make an exchange or return. Lake Rags Co. will cover the cost of shipping for replacement item(s). For any additional exchanges related to the same order, you will need to cover all associated shipping costs.
